Introduction to Oil Painting

The cost of the workshop is $25.00. Please bring the following oil colors, white, yellow, red, ultramarine blue, and brown. (A whole set can. be bought at Walmart for $10.00) Also an 11x14 canvas or canvas board painted wit a flat coat of medium gray acrylic paint. Participants should bring a simple picture of a piece of fruit that has a wide range of values to paint. Participants should draw the fruit on the canvas so it can be painted during the workshop without further preparation. Participants will also need Gamsol solvent and a wide assortment of brushes, paper towels and a table easel if you have one.
